The UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) offers these free guided meditations. You can also access them easily through their app. I have used these same meditations since I was a counselor-in-training.

In 1998, a study was published by CDC-Kaiser Permanente examining the effects adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) had on a personโ€™s well-being, throughout their life.
