Healing from trauma often means carrying experiences that were never fully seen or supported.

Many people learned early how to adapt, stay vigilant, or hold things together on their own. Therapy can become a place where you don’t have to do that anymore.

I work primarily with adults navigating the impact of childhood trauma and early relational experiences. Our work is grounded in building a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, steady, and appropriately challenging. We’ll move at a pace that respects your nervous system while developing the trust and consistency needed for lasting change.

My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy—bringing awareness to how past experiences continue to shape your inner world—with Gestalt techniques that keep us connected to what’s happening in the present moment. This balance allows insight to emerge while also creating real-time experiences of support, choice, and agency.

Insight matters, but change is sustained through lived experience. Together, we’ll focus on developing skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and self-compassion, so growth is not only understood, but felt and carried into your everyday life.
